Line of Events

When maple syrup farmer Ruth Landry finds her livelihood under attack from greedy competitors who were once her friends, she devises a plan to get revenge and shake up the industry. Storage facilities in Quebec; Five sentenced to prison.. I was hesitant to watch this due to the lack of common sense in most TV shows these days. But I’m glad I gave it a go. These are absurd 30 minute episodes, cheesy, funny, dramatic and engaging. Likeable characters and light entertainment. I’ve watched all 6 episodes and I’m looking forward to season 2. A few cliffhangers to end the series nicely. I recommend checking this out and it’s a perfect running time that fits well into a half hour show. Any longer and it would have dragged on. The French soundtrack is also catchy. I’m going to look it up on YouTube Music. Check it out.. Your guide to all the new movies and shows streaming on Prime Video in the US this month.
